Shipping policy

Where we ship: we currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping cost: free on every US order.

Processing and delivery: orders ship from a US warehouse. Most arrive within 2 to 8 business days of ordering.

Tracking: you get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Multiple items: orders may arrive in more than one package if items ship from different warehouses. You never pay extra for that.

Lost or stuck parcels: if your tracking has not updated for 7 days, email hello@tailfriends.co with your order number. If the parcel is stuck we will replace it or refund you rather than make you wait it out.

Wrong address: please check your shipping address at checkout. Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
