Overview

This website is operated by Tail Friends Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore, trading as Tail Friends ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits tailfriends.co or buys from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders and eligibility

We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free US shipping. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

Product information

We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately, including sizes and materials. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations between production batches can occur. If something arrives materially different from its description, our 30-day guarantee covers it.

Using our products safely

Always supervise pets with new toys and accessories, choose the right size for your pet, and stop using any item that becomes damaged. Our products are not medical devices and are not a substitute for advice from a veterinarian.

Discount codes

Discount codes such as WELCOME15 are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and have no cash value. We may end a promotion at any time.

Site content

Text, graphics, logos and photos created by Tail Friends belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it is your own honest content and give us permission to display it on our site and social channels. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning and we do not publish paid or fake reviews.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
